Lindsay Maggio, MD, MPH, FACOG is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine and has an outstanding clinical and academic record that establishes her among the top physicians in her field. An honors graduate of Rutgers University, she earned her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed her post-doctoral medical training at the Metrohealth/Cleveland Clinic Foundation Residency Program at Case Western Reserve University, Baylor College of Medicine and Brown University, respectively. During her time at Baylor and Brown, she earned a total of nine awards for teaching and academic excellence.

Dr. Maggio is a noted researcher and presenter who has been published in numerous medical journals. While a Fellow at Women & Infants Hospital in Rhode Island, her research on the use of prophylactic antibiotics in obese pregnant women was selected as the best paper among thousands that were submitted for the annual meeting of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is proficient in English and Spanish, has considerable experience teaching medical students, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as an associate member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
